Product Overview
Tungsten Carbide Nozzles (WC Nozzles) are high-precision wear-resistant components manufactured from WC-Co cemented carbide. Featuring ultra-high hardness, outstanding abrasion resistance, excellent dimensional stability and corrosion resistance, they are widely used in semiconductor dispensing, sandblasting, high-pressure cleaning, slurry spraying and industrial fluid control. They maintain stable orifice size under long-term abrasive media flow and avoid bore enlargement, delivering much longer service life than stainless steel nozzles.
Key Features
- Superior wear resistance, hardness HRA 89–93, greatly extended service life against abrasive slurries and particles
- Low thermal expansion, stable dimension under continuous high-pressure & high-temperature working conditions
- Precision micro-hole machining, inner bore mirror polishing, consistent flow rate and spray shape
- Good corrosion resistance, suitable for many acidic & alkaline fluid environments
- Customizable orifice diameter, spray angle, thread and overall geometry
