Multi-hole dispensing needles, also known as multi-point dispensing tips, are precision multi-tube assemblies designed to dispense glue at multiple positions in a single stroke. With precisely aligned capillary tubes and consistent inner bore polishing, all outlets deliver uniform glue volume simultaneously. This drastically boosts throughput for mass production, reduces cycle time and improves positional consistency. Widely compatible with automatic dispensers and syringe barrels in electronics, semiconductor packaging and optoelectronic industries.
