Product Overview
Split type dispensing needles are high-precision separable dispensing components, composed of detachable needle base and needle tube. The split design enables quick replacement of the tip without changing the base, greatly cutting maintenance cost. Inner bore mirror polishing reduces fluid resistance, prevents glue stringing, climbing glue and clogging. Widely used for micro-volume dispensing in semiconductor packaging, electronics assembly, LED and FPD industry, compatible with Musashi and most automatic dispensing machines.
