Overview
This tungsten carbide plunger (striking needle) is a high-precision replacement consumable specially engineered for MUSASHI piezoelectric jet dispensing valves. As the core sealing and striking component inside the piezo valve, it controls on-off of glue fluid to realize ultra-fine, high-speed micro dot dispensing in electronics packaging.
Material
Fabricated from premium tungsten carbide (hard alloy) with ultra-fine grain. Precision grinding and mirror polishing deliver exceptional hardness, wear resistance and chemical inertness against abrasive glues.

Precision machined part. Collision, scratch or surface damage will cause inconsistent dispensing and leakage. Handle carefully; regular inspection and replacement are recommended.
