Round suction nozzles are high-precision vacuum pick-and-place consumables, predominantly manufactured from high-purity alumina ceramic. They are widely deployed on die bonders, SMT mounters and chip sorting equipment for handling LED dies, Mini/Micro LED, micro ICs and optoelectronic components.
Designed with a central circular orifice, these nozzles deliver superior coaxiality and stable air tightness. With mirror-polished surfaces, they feature anti-static, wear-resistant and low-particle performance to avoid scratches, contamination and pressure damage on delicate chips.
We also offer alternative materials including bakelite, anti-static rubber and tungsten steel to match different production demands. Custom specifications are available for inner diameter, outer diameter, overall length, shank diameter and taper angle, with the minimum bore size down to 0.06mm. Each specification is assigned an independent SKU for streamlined inventory control and order management.
