Square ESD rubber suction nozzles are custom CNC-machined vacuum pick-up consumables designed for rectangular dies, thin ICs and flat micro-components in semiconductor packaging, die bonding and SMT assembly.
Made of anti-static silicone or conductive NBR rubber, they feature flexible, soft contact to eliminate pressure marks, indentations and scratches on delicate, ultra-thin workpieces. The square contour perfectly matches rectangular chips to provide uniform vacuum sealing and stable suction performance.
We support customization of outer dimension, inner cavity, hole layout, rubber hardness, taper angle and shank interface. Every variant is assigned a unique SKU for convenient stock management and order tracking. All nozzles are 100% air-tightness inspected and suitable for cleanroom production.
